Jetro Cash & Carry is a leading operator of Cash & Carry warehouse wholesale stores offering supplies for food service operators, independent retailers, and caterers. It operates about a dozen outlets in the New York City, California, and from Philadelphia to Miami that provide food and nonfood products under national brands and private labels, including packaging, paper goods, and foodservice equipment. It also exports products to the Caribbean and Central America. Parent Jetro Holdings operates a larger chain of wholesale outlets called Restaurant Depot. Founded in 1976, Jetro is a portfolio company of private equity firm CCMP Capital.
